So I know, I know. Most of you guys don't even visit here anymore because this blog has been obviously dead for like what, 9 months?IT'S NOT MY FAULT.Stupid blogger asked me to make a google account, and so I did, then it got all wacked up. But now that 2007 is coming to an end, I figure I should follow everyone else and make a review.This has honest to God been both the most stressful and amazing year.Top 7(in order of date and not really):Fall Out Boy Concert: 3rd March.Getting to meet Patrick and stammering like an idiot? Awesome.Anberlin/Copeland 'secret' Show: 4th June. Anberlin & Copeland, 2 of the most down to earth sweetheart bands I've seen. They give the best hugs and talk to you for longer than just 5 seconds. Joey, I'm sorry I made a fool out of myself in front of you. Stepehn, thank you. Christian, I'm sorry I scared you. xD Knate, yes you are tall, but it's alright. It's great even. And Deon, my God you are so happy hyper, Joey wasn't lying. Aaron Marsh, your voice. Your falsetto. Your bad memory. (forgetting the lyrics? awesome. )SINGfest: National Day 9th August.I cannot even say. How amazing this day was for me. In actual comprehensible words. I mean, meeting Sisky Biz and the butcher? AND MAKING A FOOL OUT OF MYSELF IN FRONT OF THEM? AWESOME.and Gabe Saporta, fucking hell. You rule. Thank you for hugging me, for getting me mobbed and for telling me you love me. xD yes, be jealous bitches.And Ryland, thank you for talking to me. Jack (the camera guy) and James: Yes I know you guys are "only crew" but we love you nonetheless. You guys are amazingly awesome.RYLA Camp at Kota Tinggi: 29th November-2nd DecemberI didn't think I'd enjoy this, possibly because of all the horrible camps I've been to, but thank God I decided to go.Shuyin, girl, thank you for coming along with me, I'm glad I got to enjoy this camp with you.Farhan, (:Mamat, I'm so glad I made friends with you, thank you farhan, good luck for your SPM, yeah?Black Mamba, we've got the spirit. Thank you guys for making this camp awesome.I'll remember watching shooting stars (!!) and looking at the moon and trying to play matchmaker (haha mamat) and enjoying Qi Gong. And cleaning a beach and playing with crabs (haha Han Qiang) and acting and generally acting silly and gay (haha Roy) and making new friends and making straw bridges (haha Meneka and Qian Yun) and all the laughter (haha Raga and Ben and Andrew).My Chemical Romance Concert: 11th DecemberBest day of my life.Actually meeting and greeting them, actually hugging them and speaking to them. And realising that OH HEY THEY REALLY ARE REAL. And Frank is really that cute, no actually, CUTER. Looks and personality wise. And officially the only person who says 'oh cool' more than me.If loving you guys makes me a teenie, makes me stupid, makes me fucking emo, makes me stupid. Then I am all of the above. Because over this year, you guys have become more than a band to me, you guys have become my heroes. Not in the you-just-saved-me-from-imminent-doom heroes or yatta-i-just-stopped-time heroes, but heroes in everyway that matters to me. You guys gave me words, you guys gave me happiness, you guys gave me Ros and Nabilah and Jessie and Hayley and Blue and Aliss and INO. And for that, you have made my life amazing.Finding God and Jesus Christ.Dear Lord, you have helped me survive through this year, and my O levels. And to understand myself better. Thank you for saving me.Finding INO and Poetry,not only did I discover my passion for writing, I discovered friends who have the same passion as me. kick ass gorgeous friends who are brilliant-er at writing than me and who love me just a little less than I love them. xDBesides all that, the music this year has been phenomenal. xDParamore, Cobra Starship, Anberlin, Copeland, Midtown(yes i know i am very late in finding you but still.), The Cab, MCR, FOB, THS, TAI, hell, the whole FBR, PlayRadioPlay!, The Rocket Summer, I'm tired of listing all this already. xD That's less than (jake) half of my list of music that has helped me through '07.And of course, the BIG O's. I cannot believe I am done with them, done, finite, zip. I am no longer in secondary school. Wow. I am sixteen, wower. I am still as immature as ever. Yayy.2007 has been a year full of crying, stressing over O's, mugging, killing my brain cells and knuckles and my pinky finger, nearly losing several limbs in moshpits, finding love, finding friends, finding more than friends, finding heroes, finding happiness, life, excitement, a reason to BE, finding words, being frustrated, being pathetic, being brave, being in love, being out of love, being me. And all the books (Chuck Palaniuk, I love you. Even if Diary is a total mind-fuck.) and movies and CONCERTS and music.2007 has been amazing.Thank you to everyone I've made friends with in 2007, everyone who's stayed friends with me (yes, xina, you rule -grovel at your awesomeness.), everyone who has generally made me so happy this year and everyone who has tolerated me. xDHere's hoping next year will be even better, I know the music will be (P!ATD, THS, The Cab.)
